Quality Inn

This is my second time staying here and very pleased. Jennifer at front desk is easy to talk to. I look forward every year to see her smiling and positive attitude. I look forward to coming back next year again. Keep up the great work.

Very nice. At first the walk to my room was far, as we were put on the first floor which was one level below the checking desk level. But it turned out to be the best because it was at the back on the ground floor with sliding door entrance to the room right in front of my parking spot, which was very convenient to move luggage etc. in and out. Desk staff was very helpful, cheerful and pleasant. Pool and whirlpool were very good and clean. Free breakfast was more than adequate. Price was very good for the service and room. Very happy we stayed there.

I had such a great stay at this hotel. From the moment me and my family arrived the staff was welcoming and kind. Me and my little brother even received a special gift which made the experience extra memorable. The atmosphere was warm and the service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

We stayed here for 2 nights and room was very nice, very clean including washroom. There's complimentary breakfast and it was actually a good spread. Only disadvantage is there is no elevator. So it was tough to take our things up and down on stairs. Otherwise it was a pretty decent hotel for a town like Owen sound. Service was also very good, friendly staff.. There's a large ice vending machine, sauna, fitness gym and pool , ample space for parking cars.

A decent hotel with multiple rooms and amenities. Hotel is under construction currently but wasn’t very noisy. Room was clean and tidy. Jennifer at the reception was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was decent as well. Restaurant was super clean and nicely organized. Overall definitely worth the price and location.

Decent older motel. Indoor pool. My room had a recent reno, in great shape. 5 star for Owen sound location. Staff polite courteous helpful.

Stayed here as a stop over between dropping kids off to camp. It was pretty good for what we paid. Check in was smooth. The inn itself is pretty worn out and dated. Our room and linen were clean. The ground floor room was great because it allowed access to our vehicle via a sliding door. The gym and sauna were on the ground floor. Access to the pool and hot tub via lobby. There was an included breakfast with scrambled eggs, home fries, pork sausage, oatmeal, cereal etc. I appreciated the waffle maker, yogurt and fresh fruit. The eggs and sausage aren't quite my taste. The staff did their best to ensure everything was stocked during breakfast hours. Check out was easy. The one thing that was annoying in our room was this weird swishing sound coming from the AC all night. The unit was great at cooling, but there was this weird sound that just didn't belong.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Owen Sound. The hotel is spacious, has a swimming pool, sauna, fitness room. The room overlooked the courtyard, it was quiet, good soundproofing, although there were a lot of people. Air conditioning, hair dryer, microwave, iron, ironing board. The room is spacious, clean and cozy. TV with a variety of channels. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, unlike other hotels, delicious sausages with potatoes, yogurt and fresh fruit.

Pretty good hotel. The breakfast area was quite chaotic with everyone trying to get food in one spot. The pool was nice but the hot tub was more or less just warm not really hot, there also wasn’t a sauna as advertised. Our hotel room was good however the washroom light was interesting. There wasn’t a switch but a pull string almost out of my reach or you could unplug it from the wall. Overall good hotel just a few improvements needed!

We stayed at the Quality Inn July 18-20 as we were attending a Fastball tournament in Tara, ON. Our room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, no issues at all. The wifi was slow as the hotel was sold out and I suspect they don't have the infrastructure many new hotels have, this was a pain as I was trying to get some work done and the internet kept dropping. The cell service in this area isn't good either so you can't use cell wifi. That was the only issue. Breakfast was good, as was the pool. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a good time!
